How it works
The Method in three phases
The work splits into three phases, each with its own focus and output.
PHASE 1 · 2-4 WEEKS
Renovation Definition
We define scope, budget, and direction. I visit your home, meet with you, and bring in the first specialists for their read. You end phase 1 with a clear picture of what's possible, what it will cost, and which direction makes sense.
Output: Renovation Definition Document
PHASE 2 · 6-8 WEEKS
Master Plan
Every detail of the design is worked out: floor plans, materials, kitchen, bathroom, lighting, finishes, fittings. Two decision moments where you choose between clear options. Specialists work on their parts. I keep the whole aligned. We also make first contact with contractors so phase 3 can start without delay.
Output: Master Plan Document, ready to serve as the basis for contractor quotes
PHASE 3
Execution Framework
The build phase. Contractor selection, quotes, planning, and a framework that guides the construction. On-site oversight can be added if needed.
Output: Execution Framework, with optional construction oversight
Investment
Investment
The Method is a complete trajectory covering scope, design, and preparation for execution. You pay once for the Method itself, with no separate invoices from the specialists on your team. Construction costs are paid directly to the contractor you select.
Pricing starts at €19,500 for renovations up to €200,000 and scales with project size. After the intro call, you receive a tailored proposal with the final price for your project.

Who the Method is for
IT'S FOR
The Method is for expats renovating a full home in the Netherlands, typically with a construction budget from €200,000. A complete renovation where you want clear scope, a considered plan, and one point of accountability from start to finish.
IT'S NOT FOR
It's not for single-room projects, design-only work, or anyone who already has a full plan and just needs execution. For smaller projects or if you want to lead your own renovation, the Renovation Hub is a better fit.
