A complete plan for your renovation, made for your home and the way you want to live in it. Floor plans, materials, kitchen, bathroom, lighting, finishes, all decided and on paper before a builder starts.

Renovating means hundreds of decisions. I make most of them, bring you in for the ones that matter, and keep things moving.
One invoice for the guidance
10% of your construction budget covers my work, the architect, the specialists, the documents, and weekly site meetings during the build. From €19,000. Construction costs and the on-site contractor's foreman go directly through your contractor. Surprises along the way (asbestos, structural issues, scope changes you ask for) are flagged and discussed before anything is approved.

3 Phases, from sketch to handover.
Each phase has its own focus, its own output, and a clear end so you know exactly where you stand.
01 · 2-4 WEEKS
Scope and direction
I visit your home, meet with you, and bring in the first specialists for their read. We define what's possible, what it will cost, and which direction makes sense. You end this phase with clarity, not just ideas.
Output: Renovation brief, with scope, budget, and direction
02 · 6-8 WEEKS
The full plan
Every detail of the design is worked out: floor plans, materials, kitchen, bathroom, lighting, finishes. Two decision moments where you choose between clear options. Specialists work on their parts. I keep the whole aligned.
Output: Complete plan, ready to send to contractors for quotes

The build
Contractor selection, quotes, planning. Weekly site meetings throughout construction. I'm there for the decisions that matter and stay close to the work until handover.

Investment
What it costs.
Full guidance is 10% of your construction budget, with a minimum of €19,000. One invoice from me covers everything from my side: design, architect services, specialists, documents, and weekly site meetings during the build.
Construction budget is what your contractor charges to physically build the renovation: materials and labour. It doesn't include design, permits, or furnishings. Construction costs are paid directly to the contractor you select. After the intro call, you receive a tailored proposal with the final price for your project.
