Project Brief
This was a new-build home for an international couple by the water in Oude Wetering. The brief was never about a particular style. It was about a feeling: a calm that runs through the whole house, room by room, each space in its own way. They knew how they wanted to live, and trusted me to get them there.
Our Solution
designed the whole home and saw it built, from first design to the day they opened the front door. Lime plaster, oak, and soft light that moves with the day carry the calm the couple asked for. Nine months of work, with a trusted contractor and a garden architect I rely on completely. The result is one coherent home, not just a finished build. The owners say it now feels like a holiday. Every day.
